Effect of spectrum re-assignment

For the Hong Kong regulator, we undertook a quantitative analysis and assessment of the impact on service quality and customers due to a re-assignment of 3G spectrum (1.9 – 2.2GHz band) under a number of different possible re-assignment scenarios

Standards for broadband infrastructure

We developed a detailed specification of Government requirements for the provision of broadband infrastructure to rural communities and schools, encompassing development of service standards, GIS guidelines for coverage, and open access requirements.
